    Actually very efficient for a McDonalds, they're very good at keeping food cooked and ready for fast service, unlike some McDonalds restaurants in southamption
    The one on Shirley Road is an modernised one with the new seats and tables, and more cosy, comfortable lighting. It also had a small outdoor seating area, often frequented by local youths on they're bikes (nice lol)
    The drive through area is good, and easy enough to get through and get back out again and alot less busy than the McDonalds in the city centre.
    The food is pretty standard as McDonalds food goes and definitely enjoyable, and the staff are always nice and not as young as you get in some restaurants!

    I'm not sure this McDonalds is as good as it should be. I go here a lot as I pass on my way back from work. Last night I had a quarter-pounder with cheese and it was, well, cold.
    They also advertise themselves as being open from 6.00am until midnight but in fact that's only for the drive-in. A few weeks ago I arrived at 22.05 and couldn't get in. I walked around to the drive-in window but they wouldn't serve me because of "health and safety". Another customer in a car told me to get into his car and then they served me. Stupid and unfriendly. The kebab shop might be a better bet!

    This McDonalds is the same as all other McDonalds. It does get quite busy at times and the queue will be back to the door. I normally get served quickly here though. The staff seem okay.

    It is close to other shops and easy to access and they have a drive through and a fair sized car park out side.

    There are wooden seats outside as well as all the seats inside. The seats inside are comfy and it is a newer style McDonalds. Inside seems to be kept clean.

    A few times I have found that the food tastes different to how it normally tastes from other McDonalds.

    If you're looking for a Big Mac and fries you should give this place a go, they also sell soft drinks and McFlurrys.

    Your usual chav central and heart attack in a bun. Try Fat Jackets, Quiznos or even Harry Ramsdens for a healthier option.
